  • Gleannloch Farms

    Formerly a world class Arabian horse farm, Gleannloch Farms is now a 2,100-acre master-planned community.

  • Tomball Ford

    Tomball Ford purchased the corner of Spring Cypress Rd and SH 249.

  • Spring Fire Department - W.W. “Cotton” Weaver Training Center

    The Spring Fire Department acquired +/- 51 acres of land at the northeast corner of Louetta Rd and Lexington Rd in Spring.

  • Land Rover / Jaguar Clear Lake

    Land Rover / Jaguar Clear Lake aquired +/- 10 acres at the El Dorado exit of the Gulf Freeway in Clear Lake.

  • Harris County Emergengy Services District #11

    Harris County Emergengy Services District #11 aquired +/- 43 acres of land along Stuebner Airline in Spring.
